You send us either a reference sample or a written brief describing the direction you want — fresh, woody, gourmand, floral, or something tied to a specific mood or market. We come back with a proposal and a physical sample. From there it is a revision loop: you tell us what to change, we adjust, and we keep going until you approve the scent in writing.
Concentration determines how the fragrance performs, how long it lasts, and what it costs to produce. As a general industry reference, eau de cologne typically sits around 3–5% fragrance oil, eau de toilette around 8–12%, and eau de parfum around 15–20%. Where you sit in that range affects both the experience your customer has and your unit cost — which is why we settle it early, before packaging is chosen.
We do not reproduce trademarked brand names, logos or packaging. If you send a reference sample, we use it to understand the direction and build our own formulation around it. The finished product is yours, and it is original.
If you already know the family you want, tell us and we will go straight to sampling. If you don't, describe the feeling and the market and we will propose a direction.
Rose, jasmine, peony, orange blossom and lily. The largest and most commercially proven family in women's fragrance.
Sandalwood, cedar, vetiver and patchouli. Performs strongly in unisex and masculine positioning.
Bergamot, lemon, neroli and aquatic notes. The most common direction for body mists and summer launches.
Vanilla, amber, resins and spice. A strong performer in Middle Eastern markets.
Caramel, vanilla, praline and coffee. Popular with younger, direct-to-consumer brands.
Bergamot, oakmoss, lavender and coumarin. Traditional structures with a loyal, older customer base.
Send us these seven things and we can come back with a concrete proposal instead of a list of questions.
Yes. Send us the sample and tell us which characteristics matter most — the opening, the dry-down, the strength, or the cost target. We work from that reference and return our own formulation for you to evaluate.
Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 units. The exact figure depends on the bottle format, the cap and pump you select and the formula involved — we confirm it with your quotation.
Requirements differ by market. Tell us which documents your market asks for — for example fragrance allergen declarations, safety data sheets or compliance statements — and we will confirm in writing what we can provide before you commit to an order.
Yes. We source the primary packaging — bottle, cap, collar and pump — and produce the label, carton and outer box from the artwork you supply. If you already have your own packaging, we can fill and finish into it instead.
Samples are typically ready within 7–10 days of brief confirmation. If your project needs a different timeline, tell us and we will confirm what is realistic before you commit.
