  • Airless pump, dropper, jar, tube or sachet
  • Fill size and dosage
  • Label, carton and outer box
Sheet mask capacity
Our sheet mask lines run at approximately 5–6 million units per day, and bottled toners and creams at around 300,000 units per day. That makes large-volume single-SKU launches and channel orders practical, rather than something we have to schedule months ahead.

OEM or ODM — both are available

With ODM, you start from a formula that has already been developed and we adapt the branding, packaging and positioning around it. It is the faster route to market and usually the lower-cost one. With OEM, the formula itself is built from your brief — your actives, your texture, your performance targets. Many first-time brand owners start with ODM and move to OEM once they know how their market responds.

The market you sell into shapes the formula

Ingredient restrictions, permitted claims and labelling rules are not the same in the EU, the United States and the GCC. Tell us where the product will be sold before development starts, and we will build the formula around the requirements of that market — rather than discovering the problem at the packaging stage.

Sampling and approval

You receive a physical sample to evaluate: texture, absorption, scent and finish. We revise until you approve it. Nothing moves into bulk production without your written sign-off.

Formats

The decisions that define a skincare product

Two products can share the same ingredients and still feel completely different to the customer. These are the levers that decide it.

Texture and finish

Light gel, rich cream, watery essence or balm. Texture is usually the first thing a customer notices, before the ingredients.

Active system

Which actives you use and at what concentration. This drives both your claims and a large part of your unit cost.

Fragrance

Fragranced or fragrance-free. Fragrance-free positioning is increasingly requested in the European market.

Packaging format

Airless pump, dropper, jar, tube or sachet. Airless protects sensitive actives; tubes suit thicker creams.

Fill size

30ml, 50ml, 100ml and beyond. Fill size affects unit cost, shelf presence and how the product is priced.

Positioning

Mass market, masstige or premium. This decision should come first, because everything else follows from it.

Getting started

What we need from you

Send us these seven things and we can come back with a concrete proposal instead of a list of questions.

  • Product category and format
  • Target market and country of sale
  • Positioning and target retail price
  • Key ingredients or actives you want
  • A reference product, if you have one
  • Packaging preference, or your own packaging
  • Estimated order quantity
  • Your label artwork, if already prepared
Common questions

Skincare OEM & ODM questions

Do you offer both OEM and ODM?

Yes. ODM means adapting a formula we have already developed to your brand and packaging. OEM means developing a new formula from your brief. We will tell you honestly which route fits your brief, your timeline and your budget.

Can you match a product I already sell?

Yes. Send us a sample of the current product and tell us what you want to keep and what you want to change. We develop our own formulation based on that reference and send it back for evaluation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 units. Because every product is developed and produced to order, the exact figure depends on the product category, the packaging you select and the formula involved — we confirm it with your quotation.

Can you help with regulatory requirements for my market?

Tell us where the product will be sold and which documents or declarations your market requires, and we will confirm in writing what we can provide before you commit to an order. We build the formula around the requirements of your market from the start.

How long does sampling take?

Samples are typically ready within 7–10 days of brief confirmation. If your project needs a different timeline, tell us and we will confirm what is realistic before you commit.
